Biography / Profile
Nicole currently holds three positions in the company. She is the Pre-Construction Manager, Corporate Executive Secretary and Corporate Security Officer. As Pre-Construction manager she is in charge of all aspects of the department including: bid/proposal selection, reviewing the project documents for completeness and accuracy, documentation preparation, proposal composition, bonding, insurance and the processing of all contract award & modification documents. Nicole maintains positive and effective relationships and communication with all construction management project teams, consultants/architect/engineers, subcontractors and all government clients.
As Corporate Executive Secretary, Nicole is responsible for the management of corporate meeting records and is a valuable voice on the executive team. Her Corporate Security Officer responsibilities include: control, administration and management of security clearance information, sensitive, secret and top-secret classifications from all agencies for which Biscayne Contractors has under contract.
Nicole resides in Churchton, Maryland.
